Media badges allow entry to all of the events produced by Beauty It's Everywhere, space permitting. Under no circumstances does a press badge allow for early entry into any portion of the show, and does not guarantee seating or, in some cases, entry if an event has reached capacity. Media badges are a courtesy and are non-transferable. Media badges do not allow for guests or child badges.

Wheeled carts or handcarts are not allowed in the ballroom. Camera crews are free to roam the ballroom, but cannot set up equipment in a fixed manner or impede attendees in any way, including causing congestion in aisles.

Members of the press that want to videotape, film, and/or record any matter that will be used for commercial purposes (non-news) must first obtain written permission from Beauty It's Everywhere as well as permission of any models or subjects.

Issuance of a press badge is at the sole discretion of Beauty It's Everywhere, and may be revoked. Please be respectful of all our attendees. Beauty It's Everywhere does not tolerate coverage that includes stunt type events, ambush interviewing or any sort of action that could make any of our attendees feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
