All bags are subject to inspection by security personnel upon arrival.
4. ACCESSORIES & SHOES
Ask your designer which accessories, shoes, and other items you should bring in your tote bag for the show.
Do not email Beauty, It’s Everywhere regarding these items unless specifically directed to do so.
5. RUNWAY SHOES
Bring an appropriate pair of age-appropriate runway heels, if applicable.
Nude and clear heels are recommended, as they generally work well with a variety of garments.
If you are unsure what shoes to bring, please ask your designer.
6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Beauty, It’s Everywhere is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Please avoid bringing:
  • Large amounts of cash

  • Other unnecessary valuables
Bring only what you need for the show.
7. PERSONAL HYGIENE
Please arrive at the venue freshly showered and clean.
Wear a light, unscented deodorant.
Do not wear heavy white antiperspirant, as it may transfer onto the garments.
If you perspire heavily, please bring appropriate dress shields to help protect the garments.
8. NO SPRAY TANS OR TANNING LOTIONS
Spray tans and tanning lotions are not permitted.
These products can transfer onto and potentially damage garments.
9. UNDERGARMENTS
Wear clean, nude-colored undergarments that are appropriate for the garments you may be wearing.
10. TAKE CARE OF THE GARMENTS
Treat every garment with care and respect.
Hang garments up properly. Never throw garments on the floor.
Remember that the clothing belongs to the designer and must be returned properly after use.
11. DO NOT SIT IN THE MERCHANDISE
Do not sit on, lean against, or otherwise mishandle garments or merchandise.
12. PUTTING ON SKIRTS & DRESSES
Do not step into a skirt or dress unless specifically instructed by the designer or dressing team.
Whenever possible, garments should be put on over the head to help prevent tearing hems, damaging closures, or otherwise damaging the garment.
13. BE GRATEFUL & RESPECTFUL
You were selected to play an important role in a designer's presentation.
Be grateful for the opportunity and treat everyone around you with kindness and respect.
14. EMBRACE YOUR NERVES
It is completely normal to feel nervous.
When you step onto the runway:
Control your body.
Stand tall.
Look confident.
Be fierce.
Own the runway.
Do not allow nervousness to take over your performance.
15. RESPECT THE DESIGNER'S VISION
Be positive, enthusiastic, and appreciative of every garment you are given.
Allow the designer to determine what you will and will not wear.
Do not express negative opinions about a garment or styling choice unless your opinion is specifically requested.
16. NO GUM OR SMOKING
No chewing gum or smoking is permitted during the show.
Bottled water and healthy snacks will be provided outside the dressing area.
17. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE DRESSING AREA
To protect the garments, no food or beverages are permitted in the dressing area.
If you see anyone, including a designer, not following this rule, please notify a staff member immediately.
18. NO PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE DRESSING ROOM
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in the dressing room.
Models who are found taking photographs or recording video backstage or in the dressing room may be immediately removed from the venue.
No exceptions.
19. RESPECT THE STAFF & DESIGNERS
Please be considerate and respectful of all staff members, designers, dressers, stylists, and production personnel.
Everyone has dedicated significant time and effort to preparing for this presentation.
20. EAT & STAY HYDRATED
Please make sure you eat before and during the event.
Models need adequate nutrition and hydration to safely perform.
Healthy snacks and water will be provided throughout the show.
If you have specific dietary needs, please plan accordingly and bring appropriate food if permitted by event staff.
21. TAKE YOUR TIME ON THE RUNWAY
Do not rush your runway walk.
Walk at the pace instructed by the runway staff and allow the garment enough time to be properly seen and photographed by the audience and photographers.
22. FOLLOW RUNWAY DIRECTIONS
Follow all runway directions provided by the production team and runway staff.
Pay particular attention to:
  • Starting positions
  • Walking pace
  • Stopping points
  • Turns
  • Posing instructions
  • Exit directions
  • Final runway positions
Following these instructions helps ensure that you, the designer, and the garment are presented beautifully and photographed properly.
MOST IMPORTANTLY
BE PROFESSIONAL.
BE RESPECTFUL.
BE CONFIDENT.
BE KIND.
BE LIMITLESS.
We are excited to have you be part of LIMITLESS and the 11th Annual Beauty, It’s Everywhere Awards.
