Option 1 - FREE.

USE OUR MODELS!

We provide the following: Staging, Lighting, Sound, Projection, Dressing room, Access to dressing room for fittings, assistant badges, photographer, videographer, full Production team, and hair and makeup services. We will also provide you with: complimentary tickets to the show, the ability to invite members of the fashion industry, buyers, and press and media to watch your event, a full page ad in the souvenir magazine,  NOTE: You may showcase up to 15 pieces unless your collection mixes one or more categories (example women & kids/teens). 

 

Option 2 - $1500.00.

YOU SUPPLY THE MODELS

WE SUPPLY EVERYTHING ELSE

 

We provide the following: Staging, Lighting, Sound, Projection,Dressing room and a Production team. You provide your own: Models, Music, Hair & makeup, Photographer, and Videographer. â€‹You will receive at no additional charge:  complimentary tickets to the show, the ability to invite members of the fashion industry, buyers, and press and media to watch your event, all models featured in souvenir magazine, a full page ad in the souvenir magazine,  and a Discount off of the purchase of a digital billboard. â€‹ NOTE:The maximum pieces/models allowed 15.  Each additional piece will be $95 per piece up to a maximum of 20 pieces.  â€‹

Option 3 - $3000.00

Your Own Show

This is a great affordable option for designers/independent producers who want to produce their own show and not worry about extreme production costs.

​We provide the following: Staging, Lighting, Sound, Projection, Dressing room, Production team, Rehearsal time (set up in advance & based on availability),  Vendor space (limit to two tables & four chairs),  Area for check in / registration, Area for step & repeat, Access to Director's Suite for photo shoots (based on availability), Access to Director's Suite for an intimate reception (based on availability), Full page ad in the souvenir magazine (restrictions apply), All models featured in souvenir magazine (restrictions apply), and Discount off of the purchase of a digital billboard. You provide your own: Models, Music, Hair & makeup, Photographer, and Videographer., Staff, Box office attendant, Press/Media, Advertising, and Ticketing website.NOTE:The maximum pieces/models allowed 45.

Travel
Designers  make their own travel arrangements. Beauty It's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes involving travel to the host site for the event.

Final Schedule 
The final schedule will be sent via email no later than January 10, 2025. 

 

IMPORTANT:  If a designer fails to show and/or showcase their collection during  New York Fashion Week Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere for any reason designer shall be required to pay Beauty...it’s Everywhere/ Art & Beauty Magazine the following:

- No Show (shipped collection to be showcased): $500.00

- No Show & Failure To Show Collection: $1,000.00

Failure to make restitution, Beauty It's Everywhere ownership may act to take any and all appropriate legal action as permitted by New York state law.

Publicity and Promotion. By virtue of participation in New York Fashion Week Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere , participant agrees to allow Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine, the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Participant understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, hats, other apparel, mouse pads, and other promotional materials.) Participant agrees to release Beauty...it's Everywhere, Art & Beauty Magazine and Sunkissed Beauty Productions from liability for any injury resulting from publicity, promotion or showcasing in this event. Participant agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion. Photography & Videography: Professional cameras or videography will not be allowed during the event. Individuals who fail to comply with this rule will be asked to leave the venue without benefit of refund for admission ticket. Professional photography and videography will be made available by the the official Photographer and Videographer. Limitation of Liability / Responsibility a.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine., its officers, directors, agents and employees are not liable to participant for anything whatsoever in connection with this event. a.) Beauty It's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property as a result of your participation in this event b.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of event sponsors, agencies, models, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to participant at the event.  c.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel or venue. d.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes surrounding travel to the host location for the event. . AGREEMENT.  By submitting the form  to Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine leading to New York Fashion Week Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere, participant agrees to abide by all policies set forth by New York Fashion Week Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere.  Participant attests that all information submitted to , is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of New York Fashion Week Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere, may result in immediate removal from event without the benefit of a refund
